My twin sister Natalie and I were classmates of Gail's at the University of Connecticut back in the 50's but we didn't know one another at that time. Later, living in Greenfield, Ma my husband and I began a friendship with Janet and Herb Hodos, Gail's brother. More recently my sister, now living in the S.F. area, became friendly with Gail and they traveled to China together. So Gail's untimely death hit us from both the east and west coasts and we know of her work with the Cornell Hotel School. We send condolences to her brother, children, her husband and their families. Life is indeed, interesting with the connections it makes for rewarding relationships.

i heard about the accident from my mother, greta Cramer. My mother grew up with gail, and my mother related some really nice stories during that conversation. i had the pleasure of meeting gail on a visit to the west coast a few years ago. I knew Margot many many years ago, when we were both very young, and i am sorry that it had to be this tragedy that brought us together again. hopefully we will be able to also share joy sometime in the future. My heart goes out to you all at this difficult time.

Margot and family,

I was so shocked and saddened to hear about this tragic event. I'm glad I was able to get to know your mother a little from some of her visits. Margot, you certainly have her warm and friendly personality. She has passed that on to you. I admired what seemed to be a 'girlfriend' relationship you had with your mother. You were very luck and I think will always have great memories of her. My thoughts are with you during this very difficult time.

May Gail's memory be for a blessing.

Barbara

'live each day to its fullest'

your mom has surely surpassed this in such a short time in the years of her life.

her travels, education, interests, smiles and her admirable qualities will surely be remembered even if it was just by being with her for a few minutes each time she visited franklin ma.

fondly
